In der Bekleidungsproduktion ist die Musterentwicklung der entscheidende Schritt, in dem aus einer kreativen Idee ein messbares, tragbares und technisch realisierbares Produkt entsteht.<\/p>

Skizzen, Referenzteile, Moodboards oder technische Unterlagen werden dabei in einen physischen Prototypen umgesetzt. So lassen sich alle wichtigen Details pr\u00fcfen, bevor Material, Zeit und Budget in die Serienproduktion investiert werden.<\/p>

W\u00e4hrend der Anprobe und technischen Bewertung kontrollieren wir Proportionen, Silhouette, Balance, Bewegungsfreiheit und Tragekomfort. Details wie \u00c4rmelform, K\u00f6rperl\u00e4nge, Kragenkonstruktion, Taschenposition, B\u00fcndchenspannung, N\u00e4hte, Rei\u00dfverschl\u00fcsse und Verschl\u00fcsse werden gezielt angepasst.<\/p>

Auch das Verhalten des Materials wird w\u00e4hrend der Musterphase ber\u00fccksichtigt. Stoffgewicht, Elastizit\u00e4t, Fall, Einlaufverhalten, Oberfl\u00e4chenstruktur sowie die Eignung f\u00fcr Druck oder Stickerei k\u00f6nnen das Endergebnis deutlich beeinflussen. Eine fr\u00fchzeitige Pr\u00fcfung hilft, kostspielige \u00c4nderungen w\u00e4hrend der Produktion zu vermeiden.<\/p>

Alle notwendigen Korrekturen werden dokumentiert und in den Schnitt sowie in die technischen Vorgaben \u00fcbernommen. Sobald Passform, Material, Verarbeitung und Designdetails freigegeben sind, wird das Vorproduktionsmuster zur verbindlichen Referenz f\u00fcr die Serienfertigung.<\/p>
