Zuverl\u00e4ssige Bekleidungsproduktion bedeutet nicht nur, Kleidungsst\u00fccke in gro\u00dfen St\u00fcckzahlen herzustellen \u2013 sondern den freigegebenen Standard bei jedem einzelnen Teil pr\u00e4zise und konstant umzusetzen.<\/p>

Bei Istanbul Factory werden alle freigegebenen Produktelemente in einem strukturierten Herstellungsprozess zusammengef\u00fchrt: Schnitt, Stoff, Ma\u00dfe, Verarbeitung, Branding, Veredelung und Qualit\u00e4tsanforderungen.<\/p>

Vor Produktionsbeginn pr\u00fcfen wir das freigegebene Muster und die technischen Spezifikationen, um einen klaren Produktionsplan zu erstellen. Die Schnitte werden finalisiert und f\u00fcr die ben\u00f6tigten Gr\u00f6\u00dfen gradiert. Gleichzeitig werden Stoffverbrauch, Zuschneidepl\u00e4ne, Zutaten, Etiketten und Fertigungsmethoden organisiert.<\/p>

Der Produktionsprozess beginnt mit der Stoffkontrolle, der fachgerechten Entspannung des Materials, der Platzierung der Schnittteile und dem pr\u00e4zisen Zuschnitt. W\u00e4hrend der Konfektion werden Vorder- und R\u00fcckteile, \u00c4rmel, Kragen, B\u00fcndchen, Taschen, Futter, Rei\u00dfverschl\u00fcsse und weitere Komponenten in der richtigen Reihenfolge zusammengesetzt. Unsere Produktionsteams arbeiten nach dem freigegebenen Muster und den technischen Unterlagen, um eine gleichbleibende Qualit\u00e4t \u00fcber die gesamte Bestellung hinweg sicherzustellen.<\/p>

Druck, Stickerei, Etiketten, Waschungen, B\u00fcgeln, Fadenreinigung und weitere Veredelungen werden zum jeweils passenden Zeitpunkt in den Produktionsablauf integriert. Dieser strukturierte Prozess sch\u00fctzt Optik, Ma\u00dfe, Haltbarkeit und Gesamtqualit\u00e4t des Kleidungsst\u00fccks.<\/p>

Qualit\u00e4tskontrollen erfolgen nicht erst am Ende, sondern bereits w\u00e4hrend der laufenden Serienproduktion. Ma\u00dfe, N\u00e4hte, Symmetrie, Stoffoberfl\u00e4chen, Farben, Positionen von Branding-Elementen und Verarbeitungsdetails werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig gepr\u00fcft, damit m\u00f6gliche Abweichungen fr\u00fchzeitig erkannt und korrigiert werden.<\/p>

Nach Abschluss der Produktion durchlaufen die Kleidungsst\u00fccke eine Endkontrolle. Anschlie\u00dfend werden sie geb\u00fcgelt, gefaltet, etikettiert und entsprechend den vereinbarten Marken- und Verpackungsanforderungen vorbereitet.<\/p>
