Leistungen<\/strong><\/h3><p>Istanbul Factory bietet Dienstleistungen im Bereich Textilproduktion, einschlie\u00dflich Design, Entwicklung, Produktion und Beratung.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>3. Produktionsanforderungen und Bestellbedingungen<\/strong><\/h3><p>Istanbul Factory bietet B2B-Bekleidungsproduktion f\u00fcr Modemarken, Private Labels und kommerzielle Bekleidungsprojekte an.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>4. Mindestbestellmenge<\/strong><\/h3><p>Unsere standardm\u00e4\u00dfige Mindestbestellmenge betr\u00e4gt 500 St\u00fcck pro Modell und Farbe. Diese Anforderung ergibt sich aus der Produktionsplanung, Stoffbeschaffung, dem Zuschnitt, der N\u00e4herei, Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle und der allgemeinen Produktionseffizienz.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>5. Produktionsleistungen<\/strong><\/h3><p>Abh\u00e4ngig von den Anforderungen des Kundenprojekts kann Istanbul Factory folgende Leistungen anbieten:<\/p><p>\u2022 Private-Label-Produktion<br \/>\u2022 Individuelle Markenetiketten<br \/>\u2022 Druckanwendungen<br \/>\u2022 Stickerei<br \/>\u2022 Individuelle Schnittentwicklung und Produktentwicklung<br \/>\u2022 Vollst\u00e4ndig ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Bekleidungsproduktion<br \/>\u2022 Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle und Verpackungsunterst\u00fctzung<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>6. Stoffoptionen<\/strong><\/h3><p>Die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von Stoffen kann je nach Kollektion, Produkttyp, Farbe, Menge und Lieferantenbedingungen variieren. Istanbul Factory kann mit verschiedenen Stoffoptionen arbeiten, darunter unter anderem:<\/p><p>\u2022 Schwerer French Terry<br \/>\u2022 Fleece<br \/>\u2022 Polarfleece-Stoffe<br \/>\u2022 Baumwollstrickstoffe<br \/>\u2022 Ausgew\u00e4hlte Webstoffe<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>7. Produktionszeit<\/strong><\/h3><p>Die gesch\u00e4tzte Produktionszeit f\u00fcr Gro\u00dfauftr\u00e4ge betr\u00e4gt in der Regel 4\u20136 Wochen. Dieser Zeitraum kann je nach Musterfreigabe, Stoffverf\u00fcgbarkeit, Bestellmenge, Produktionsdetails, saisonaler Auslastung und weiteren betrieblichen Faktoren variieren.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>8. Zahlungsbedingungen<\/strong><\/h3><p>F\u00fcr Gro\u00dfauftr\u00e4ge gilt standardm\u00e4\u00dfig folgende Zahlungsstruktur:<\/p><p>\u2022 50 % Anzahlung zum Produktionsstart<br \/>\u2022 50 % Restzahlung vor dem Versand<\/p><p>Die Produktion beginnt erst nach Eingang der Anzahlung, sofern nicht schriftlich etwas anderes vereinbart wurde.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>9. Lieferbedingungen<\/strong><\/h3><p>Unsere Standardlieferbedingung ist EXW, also Lieferung ab Werk. Der Kunde kann den Versand mit seinem eigenen Spediteur, Kurierdienst oder Logistikpartner organisieren. Bei Bedarf kann Istanbul Factory bei der Versandkoordination unterst\u00fctzen; Versandkosten, Zollgeb\u00fchren, Einfuhrsteuern und Geb\u00fchren am Bestimmungsort tr\u00e4gt jedoch der Kunde, sofern nicht schriftlich etwas anderes vereinbart wurde.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>10. Endg\u00fcltige Best\u00e4tigung<\/strong><\/h3><p>Alle Produktionsdetails, Preise, Mengen, Stoffe, Lieferzeiten, Zahlungsbedingungen und Lieferbedingungen unterliegen der endg\u00fcltigen Best\u00e4tigung im offiziellen Angebot, in der Proformarechnung oder in einer schriftlichen Vereinbarung zwischen Istanbul Factory und dem Kunden.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>11. Vertragsschluss<\/strong><\/h3><p>Ein Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald ein Angebot von uns best\u00e4tigt wird.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>12. Preise und Zahlung<\/strong><\/h3><p>Alle Preise werden individuell vereinbart. Zahlungsbedingungen werden im jeweiligen Angebot festgelegt.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>13. Lieferung<\/strong><\/h3><p>Lieferzeiten werden projektbezogen vereinbart. Verz\u00f6gerungen aufgrund h\u00f6herer Gewalt sind ausgeschlossen.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>14. Haftung<\/strong><\/h3><p>Istanbul Factory haftet nur f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den, die durch grobe Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit oder Vorsatz verursacht wurden.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>15. Geistiges Eigentum<\/strong><\/h3><p>Alle Designs und Konzepte bleiben Eigentum des jeweiligen Rechteinhabers.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>16.
