What is Istanbul Factory’s minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per style and per color. This requirement helps ensure efficient production planning, fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, quality control, and consistent manufacturing quality.
What production services does Istanbul Factory offer?
Istanbul Factory provides B2B apparel manufacturing services, including private label production, custom brand labels, printing, embroidery, custom pattern development, product development, fully customized garment production, quality control, and packaging support.
Do you offer private label clothing production?
Yes. We support private label clothing production for fashion brands, including custom labels, branding details, packaging support, and brand-ready garment finishing.
Can you produce fully customized garments?
Yes. We can support fully customized garment production depending on the design, fabric, pattern, technical details, and order requirements.
What fabric options do you work with?
We work with different fabric options depending on the collection, product type, color, quantity, and supplier availability. Common options include Heavyweight French Terry, fleece, polar fabrics, cotton knitted fabrics, and selected woven fabrics.
How long does bulk production take?
Our estimated bulk production lead time is generally 4–6 weeks. This timeframe may vary depending on sample approval, fabric availability, order quantity, production details, and seasonal workload.
What are your payment terms?
For bulk production orders, our standard payment structure is 50% advance payment to start production and 50% remaining balance before shipment.
What does EXW delivery mean?
EXW means delivery from our factory. The customer may organize shipment using their own freight forwarder, courier company, or logistics partner.
Can Istanbul Factory help with shipping?
Yes. When required, our team may assist with shipment coordination. However, shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and destination charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Are production prices and lead times final on the website?
No. All prices, quantities, fabrics, lead times, payment terms, and delivery conditions are subject to final confirmation in the official quotation, proforma invoice, or written agreement.
