4. Minimum Order Quantity
Our standard minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per style and per color. This requirement is applied due to production planning, fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, quality control, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
5. Production Services
Depending on the customer’s project requirements, Istanbul Factory may provide the following services:
• Private label production
• Custom brand labels
• Printing applications
• Embroidery applications
• Custom pattern and product development
• Fully customized garment production
• Quality control and packaging support
6. Fabric Options
Fabric availability may vary depending on the collection, product type, color, quantity, and supplier conditions. Istanbul Factory may work with different fabric options, including but not limited to:
• Heavyweight French Terry
• Fleece
• Polar fabrics
• Cotton knitted fabrics
• Selected woven fabrics
7. Production Lead Time
The estimated lead time for bulk production is generally 4–6 weeks. This timeframe may vary depending on sample approval, fabric availability, order quantity, production details, seasonal workload, and other operational factors.
8. Payment Terms
For bulk production orders, the standard payment structure is:
• 50% advance payment to start production
• 50% remaining balance before shipment
Production will not begin until the advance payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Delivery Terms
Our standard delivery term is EXW, meaning delivery from our factory. The customer may organize shipment using their own freight forwarder, courier company, or logistics partner. When required, Istanbul Factory may assist with shipment coordination; however, shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and destination charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Final Confirmation
All production details, prices, quantities, fabrics, lead times, payment terms, and delivery conditions are subject to final confirmation in the official quotation, proforma invoice, or written agreement between Istanbul Factory and the customer.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Istanbul Factory and may not be used without permission.
